Indian Springs Country Club hired Williams & Williams to auction their property. Compared to other country clubs in the area, ISCC was dated and lacked some of the more modern conveniences of other area clubs. However, its family-friendly atmosphere and long-standing history in the community evoked member loyalty and nostalgia.

This history and nostalgia inspired a look that mimicked the old gentlemen’s country clubs, filled with Scotch, cigars, and big brown leather couches. I used deep rich browns, hunter greens and vintage hand drawings throughout the piece to elicit nostalgia and an old world charm. Large photos with active members highlight the club’s features and show the income-potential of this club’s loyal clientele.
