David Meinhardt hired Williams & Williams to auction his property in Baja, MX. This unique property needed a refreshing look that captured the essence of Mexican culture and the raw spirit of this impressive undeveloped coastline. The marketing strategy included print and interactive elements in English and Spanish.
I used natural, uncoated papers to highlight the land’s raw opportunity. The vibrant yellow and turquoise colors pay homage to the Mexican culture while expansive pictures tell the story of this unique property.
